Victoria has been practising yoga for over 20 years, drawn to its quiet power to transform not only the body, but the way we move through life. What began as a personal refuge gradually became a deeper calling — a return to what feels true beneath the noise and roles of everyday life.

She teaches both dynamic Vinyasa and nourishing Yin, honouring the balance between effort and ease. Her Vinyasa classes are energising and breath-led, using continuous, intentional movement to build strength, stamina and fluidity, while calming the mind. In Yin, she invites stillness and surrender — creating space to soften, release and gently peel back the layers. Together, her classes offer both challenge and restoration, supporting transformation of body, mind and heart.

Victoria believes yoga is not about shapes, striving or how things look. You don’t need to be flexible or touch your toes. You are simply invited to arrive — with curiosity, honesty and a willingness to explore.
