Patricia Clavier

Patricia has been practising yoga since 1995, with a practice rooted primarily in Ashtanga Vinyasa, alongside many years exploring Iyengar and Sivananda yoga. Her long-standing love of the practice naturally led her towards teaching.

She qualified as a yoga teacher in 2012 with Yoga Campus, accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga, and has been teaching yoga classes ever since.

In 2011, following lower back pain and on the recommendation of a physiotherapist, Patricia began attending Pilates classes. Experiencing the benefits first-hand highlighted how effectively Pilates and yoga complement one another, supporting strength, stability and functional movement.

This led her to complete her Mat Pilates teacher training in 2014. She has been teaching Pilates in gyms and privately ever since, alongside her yoga teaching, offering a balanced and informed approach to mindful movement.
