Natalie is a qualified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher with a background in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and around eight years of personal practice.

Her passion for movement began early, through 16 years of dance, teaching tap and ballet, and competing nationally in athletics. She has also spent the past 15 years working in education as a PE teacher, including roles as Head of Dance and Head of Girls’ PE. Throughout her career, Natalie has been passionate about helping people feel confident, supported and comfortable in their own bodies.

At Dragonfly, Natalie’s prenatal teaching draws on this experience, creating welcoming classes where women can move safely, connect with their changing bodies and develop strength and body awareness. She recognises that pregnancy brings enormous physical and emotional changes, and believes yoga can offer valuable time to slow down, breathe and nurture both body and mind.

For Natalie, yoga is about much more than physical postures. She encourages women to listen to their bodies, build confidence and find moments of calm and connection as they prepare for birth and motherhood. Her aim is for every student to leave feeling grounded, supported and more at ease with the changes ahead.
