Lisa Muten

Lisa teaches Hatha Flow, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Yoga for Sports, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Her classes are open to all levels and focus on integrating breath and movement to cultivate conscious awareness, while building strength, mobility, space and ease in the body.

With over 25 years of personal yoga practice, Lisa has explored a wide range of styles including Ashtanga, Shadow Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Hatha. This breadth of experience shapes a teaching style that is grounded, intuitively sequenced and inclusive. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with YogaCampus in 2021, followed by Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, and most recently a Meditation Teacher Training.

While mindful movement is central to her classes, Lisa also weaves in breathwork (pranayama) to support a deeper sense of presence and help quiet the busy mind. Her approach is supportive and spacious, offering the physical and mental benefits of yoga without pressure or expectation. The emphasis is on awareness rather than perfection, and on practices that translate beyond the mat into everyday life.

Lisa’s classes are welcoming and accessible whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for many years. She encourages students to show up as they are, stay curious, and enjoy the ongoing process of self-discovery that yoga offers.
