Kasia Kozlowska
Kasia began practising yoga at a young age during a turbulent time in her life. Armed with a VHS tape and a living room floor, she practised sun salutations, gradually discovering how grounding, calming and transformative the practice could be.
In 2020, after many years as a dedicated practitioner, she chose to deepen her exploration of yoga by completing her 200-hour teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist. She has since continued her studies with 50 hours of 4BEAT training under Marcus Veda — where breath synchronises with music to create a rhythmic, meditative flow — and 20 hours of Functional Yin with Emily Margaret, cultivating softness and balance to complement her more dynamic practices.
Drawing from a lifelong interest in varied movement disciplines, Kasia weaves creativity, strength and mobility into her classes. Her sessions are strong yet supportive, with playful challenges offered in a lighthearted and encouraging way. Students can expect clear guidance, thoughtful sequencing and an energising flow that builds confidence while remaining accessible.
Kasia’s classes aim to leave students feeling balanced, empowered and connected — physically grounded and mentally refreshed.
