Ella Henry

Ella is a cornerstone of the Pilates team here at Dragonfly, bringing over 10 years of Pilates expertise alongside more than two decades of experience in the fitness industry. Originally qualifying as a fitness instructor after having her second child, Ella’s background spans everything from aerobics and indoor cycling to specialized Mat, Reformer, Antenatal, and Postnatal Pilates.

Her classes are defined by a unique "serious but fun" balance. While she is deeply passionate about the technicalities of alignment and core stability, the atmosphere is never overly serious. Ella believes exercise should be a joyful challenge, and her curated, upbeat music is a signature draw that makes her sessions truly unique.

Above all, she truly believes Pilates is for everyone. Expect a welcoming, high-energy environment focused on lengthening and strengthening in a way that feels supportive and accessible to all ages and abilities.
