Daniela Alamir

Daniela has practised yoga as a whole practice for over 15 years, exploring not only the physical postures but also meditation, breathwork and the deeper connection between body, mind and self.

Her journey has taken her from her early practice in the UK to India, where she spent six months in 2026 deepening her understanding of yoga and completing a second 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, building on her original 200-hour training in the UK in 2023.

Her practice draws from Hatha, Yin, meditation, breathwork and traditional yogic practices. She is particularly interested in how yoga can help us develop greater awareness, strength, calm and connection, both on and beyond the mat.

Daniela’s approach is warm, inclusive and accessible. She encourages students to explore their own experience rather than striving for perfection or comparison, creating space to breathe, move, pause and connect. Her classes invite students to listen to their bodies, stay curious and discover what the practice has to offer in their own way.
