Cecilia Clarke
Cecilia teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Slow Mindful Flow, and Forest Inspired Yoga, and brings many of these influences to her classes at Dragonfly. She likes to offer a calm, supportive space where movement, breath and awareness come together to help you slow down and reconnect.
Cecilia completed her 230-hour yoga teacher training seven years ago, originally to deepen her own practice and understanding of yoga philosophy. Along the way, she felt inspired to share the nourishing and grounding benefits of yoga with others. She remains committed to continuous professional development and has since completed Somatic Yoga Training (2026), Meditation Teacher Training in Mindfulness and Concentration (2024), and the British Wheel of Yoga Menopause Yoga Module (2023).
When holding space and guiding asana, Cecilia warmly encourages students of all sizes, abilities and levels of flexibility to move with awareness, reset and refill, and appreciate the present moment. Her teaching supports both physical wellbeing and inner steadiness, inviting you to connect with the essence of yourself
