With over 15 years of personal practice and a 200-hour teacher training completed in 2022, Asha brings both experience and humility to the mat.
Believing deeply in the transformative power of yoga, Asha offers a mindful blend of breath-led movement, strength and stillness. Whether guiding grounding postures, flowing sequences or moments of pause, her classes invite students to move with awareness and intention, honour their own rhythm, and trust in the gentle unfolding of their practice.
Asha aims to create an inclusive and welcoming space where everyone feels supported to return to the breath and be present in the moment, encouraging students to explore and nurture their personal journeys with curiosity, presence and kindness.
