Annette Rotz
Annette is a South London-based yoga teacher who has been practising since 2007 and teaching since 2022. Her teaching is compassionate and calm, encouraging students to connect with the physical body and welcome sensations and emotions without judgement.
At Dragonfly, Annette teaches Prenatal Yoga, drawing on both her professional training and her own experience of fertility challenges, IVF and eventually pregnancy. This personal journey inspired a particular passion for supporting women who are pregnant or actively trying to have a child, creating a safe and nurturing space during what can be a challenging and transformative time.
Her classes combine gentle movement, mindfulness and deep relaxation, helping to strengthen the mind-body connection while supporting physical and mental wellbeing. Expect thoughtful practices that encourage you to slow down, listen to your body and move with awareness, whatever stage of the journey you are at.
Annette completed her 200-hour teacher training with The Yoga Edge, alongside 30-hour Fertility and 85-hour Pregnancy Yoga training with Sally Parkes. She previously studied Iyengar Yoga at The Center for Yoga of Seattle with Richard Schachtel.
