Andrea Fisher
Yoga has always been integral to Andrea’s life, shaping her choices, values and connection to nature. Returning to it, especially at Dragonfly, felt like coming home. Training in Sri Lanka deepened this connection and showed her how movement and breath can help stabilise, ground and heal during challenging times.
Her teaching is guided by Hatha–Vinyasa, the Chakra system and elements of Kundalini breathwork. Andrea creates intuitive flows inspired by sensory and seasonal elements, blending fiery asana with moments of lightness and play.
Classes are designed to feel energising yet supportive, encouraging students to explore movement with curiosity while staying connected to breath and body. Sessions close with deeply restorative Savasana, allowing space for integration and rest.
Yoga is both Andrea’s service and joy. She aims to offer a warm, welcoming space where students feel safe to grow, connect and be part of a supportive community.
