Gong Bath

  • Dragonfly Yoga (In-Person & Zoom) 22-24 Sydenham Road Sydenham United Kingdom (map)

This event is an invitation to allow you to let go of the stresses of the day and fully immerse in a deep healing and restorative sound journey.

A Gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gongs are played in a therapeutic way; you are bathed in sound waves to create a deep state of relaxation and meditation.

As you lie back and relax comfortably in your safe space, Diana will play the gongs guiding you through a soundscape of different tones, vibrations and textures created by the instruments.

The powerful sounds and vibrations of the Gongs can stimulate all cells in the human body breaking up emotional blockages, they can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, enhance mental clarity and awaken higher states of consciousness, promoting a sense of harmony and wellbeing.

The session will be designed and complemented with the pure tones of Crystal bowls, the harmonic tones of Himalayan bowls, the resonating beats of the Shamanic drum, amongst other instruments, to restore the body’s balance which in turn helps you heal.

No prior experience is necessary, just willingness to let go and receive the healing vibrations.
