Yus Cosar

Yus is a passionate yoga teacher who creates energising yet supportive classes rooted in dynamic and creative movement. His teaching blends purposeful sequencing with opportunities to explore, play and build strength and mobility, while remaining grounded and accessible.

Practising yoga since 2020, Yus has developed a strong foundation in Vinyasa and Rocket yoga, alongside a regular personal practice that includes inversions and elements drawn from mixed movement disciplines. This influences a teaching style that is strong, fluid and engaging, encouraging students to move with curiosity and confidence.

Breath is at the heart of Yus’s teaching, guiding movement without strain and supporting a sense of focus and control. His classes invite self-enquiry, body awareness and intelligent modifications, allowing students to adapt the practice to suit their own bodies and experience levels.
