Judit Berge
Judit began her yoga journey as a way to improve flexibility and balance, soon discovering a love for both the challenge of practice and the sense of calm it brings. Over time, her focus shifted beyond the physical, as the inward, reflective aspects of yoga became central to her practice both on and off the mat.
In 2020, Judit completed her 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her understanding of yoga philosophy and practice and strengthening her ability to share it with others. Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge through further training in Children’s Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Sacred Sound and Ceremony, as well as studies in Buddhist meditation.
At Dragonfly, Judit teaches Restorative and Children’s Yoga. Her teaching style is inclusive, supportive and adaptable, creating an environment where students feel encouraged to meet their bodies as they are, explore poses in a way that suits them, and gently challenge themselves when appropriate.
Judit’s classes aim to leave students feeling refreshed, balanced and energised, while also offering space for quiet reflection and reconnection. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all ages and abilities, and about supporting students to develop confidence, awareness and ease in their practice.
