Imir Frazer

Imir began practising yoga in 2000, led by a lifelong interest in health, movement, and self-development. As her commitment to the practice deepened, she became increasingly drawn to exploring the eight limbs of yoga, studying Ashtanga Yoga alongside yoga philosophy.

Teaching became her vocation in 2010, and since then Imir has continued to study and practise consistently, sharing her knowledge in a way that supports students’ individual growth and evolution. She is registered as an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and founded the Parampara School of Yoga in 2017, through which she has supported many people in following their own calling to become yoga teachers.

Her classes have a strong meditative focus, with particular attention given to body mechanics and the breakdown of movement patterns. This approach helps students safely explore even more complex postures, always with respect for individual capacity and experience.

Imir’s teaching style is light-hearted, friendly, and inclusive. Her classes are creative and engaging, offering depth and challenge while remaining accessible and enjoyable.
