Becca Lennox

Becca is a warm, inclusive and encouraging teacher of Hatha and Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa yoga, with a long-standing personal practice rooted in physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. She specialises in Prenatal, Postnatal and Parent & Baby yoga, supporting women through pregnancy and early parenthood with a focus on pelvic health, functional strength and conscious birth preparation.

Her classes are calm, grounding and thoughtfully paced, inviting students to move with awareness through breath-led movement, clear alignment guidance and purposeful sequencing. Within her prenatal offerings, she weaves together movement, meditation, visualisation and breathwork with evidence-informed pelvic health principles, helping women feel physically prepared, mentally steady and empowered for birth. Her intention is to support mothers-to-be in feeling informed, confident and deeply connected to their changing bodies and babies.

Postnatally, Becca offers a steady and supportive pathway back to strength, with particular care for pelvic floor awareness and functional recovery. Her Parent & Baby classes provide a relaxed and welcoming space where new parents can move, bond with their baby and connect with others during the early stages of parenthood.

As a mother herself, Becca understands the profound transition into matrescence and is committed to holding spaces where parents feel capable, informed and supported through pregnancy, birth and beyond. Drawing on over a decade as an artist and art teacher, she brings creativity, depth and thoughtful inquiry into her teaching, and is passionate about building connected communities and helping others cultivate joyful physical and mental balance — both on and off the mat.
