Ashley Wright

Ashley has been teaching yoga since 2023 and has maintained a personal yoga and meditation practice for nearly a decade. He first turned to yoga and meditation as a way to manage stress, anxiety and depression, and soon discovered the practice offered far more — becoming a powerful tool for balance, resilience and self-understanding.

Ashley trained with the Conscious Yoga Academy in Karpathos, Greece, where he studied Hatha, Raja, Bhakti and Jnana yoga, developing a holistic understanding of the practice. He has also completed a 40-hour Yin Yoga training with Norman Blair.

His classes take a compassionate and holistic approach, supporting both mental wellbeing and physical health. Through mindful movement, breath awareness and moments of stillness, Ashley aims to help students ease stress, counter the effects of sedentary lifestyles, and reconnect with themselves.

Ashley creates a calm, nurturing space where students can open the body, quiet the mind and leave feeling more balanced, restored and present.
