Meditation & Mindfulness

Each week we will have different teachers leading this class. From meditation gurus, to singing bowls sessions, to yoga nidra (guided meditation). This is a 30 minute session to relax and unwind, welcoming the week ahead. Please book separately as these sessions are slightly reduced from our general price.
