Mary has practised yoga for six years completing her teacher training with Dylan Ayaloo and Craig Norris at Hot Power Yoga London in 2013. She is a contemporary dancer with professional training and experience in somatic practises. Mary initially got on the mat as a means to rehabilitate an injury and it accidentally became a huge part of her life due to the astounding transformational benefits of yoga for the mind and body. She teaches a challenging dynamic vinyasa class open to all levels and actively encourages students to feel their way through the practise rather than think their way through it. Large emphasis is placed on breath and bandhas. She believes the rest just happens if you don't try too hard and have a good sense of humour when you fall over.
