Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet strong form of yoga based on the teachings of the respected guru Sri Dharma Mittra. Classes incorporate a dynamic sequence of backbends, inversions, twists and balances, as well as pranayama techniques and the all-important relaxation. Throughout the class students are encouraged to push their boundaries and experience the practice as an active meditation.
The use of yoga mat towels is mandatory for this class. Please bring your own towel.
