Cristina (Cris) is a certified Yoga Teacher based London, UK. In 2016 she successfully completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Yoga London.
Cristina's fascination with breath, control and it's power are the three key elements which she harnesses when approaching her traditional teaching of Yoga.
Contrast is key to her practice; precise placement alongside freedom of movement are compassionately blended to create a gentle, self aware form of the practice. Cris believes yoga can be beneficial for anyone, everybody in every body.
Yoga has been a grounding and uplifting force in Cris's own life- for which she is grateful, each day. Yoga is not only her asana practice, but the way she lives her life, as both a teacher and a student.
Cris is grateful to her teachers, past, present, future and is constantly reminded of all that she still hopes to learn through continued practice.Indeed, she believes all living beings are our teachers.
