Ana Maria, originally from the wild windswept West coast of Ireland, is a yogi, traveller, barefoot runner and massage therapist. In 2013 she completed her teacher training and began teaching yoga in Guatemala. Since 2015 she has been teaching and living in London.

She believes that strengthening the mind-body connection through yoga is the ultimate healing system for overall wellbeing. "Yoga offers us the possibility to tap into the deeper layers of our experience, strength and potential."

Her classes are strong yet mindful offering room for exploration while feeling supported by her calming present nature.
