Dynamic Hatha

all levels welcome

This class is a variation of Hatha Yoga that integrates basic gymnastic moves to increase flexibility and achieve a full workout. There is a strong focus on arm balances and inversions in this class. Also called Wayakan yoga, this class isn't an advanced style of yoga, it's fun, accessible to everyone and it will increase your flexibility and core strength noticeably when you commit to a regular practice.
